Junior 100 / Pathways to Success is a 16-week youth development program for high school juniors and seniors. The program takes place at Pace University and includes college readiness, life skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship training with a strong emphasis on the integration of technology in business.  The inter-disciplinary curriculum assesses students’ interest and growth in entrepreneurial and real world experiences. Students attend workshops and professional lectures, and participate in speed interviews with entrepreneurs and corporate volunteers.

  • 98% of the participants received paid internships or job shadowing stipends
  • 100% of participating seniors graduated and are currently attending college
